Divine engagement
Ready or not
It is, as such
Free will
Choicelessly choosing
Influx of divine love
And it’s slow assimilation
It also is, as such
Free will
No longer choicelessly choosing
For by now, Being dissolved
Though distinct, It is not
And so rests
Free of will ... am still

It would seem
I intruded
Inadvertently
Exuberantly
But clumsily
I do apologise
I would withdraw
But how may I
Do so
Silently
So I stay
With you, near you
Invisible & Motionless
Allowing the chime of time
To dissolve the presence
In innocence

Empathy
I displayed a gesture of love
Which was not reciprocated
Warm embrace answered by a shove
Yet the power of my love was not decimated
Knowing that love has planted the seeds
Its flowering fragrance he will one day heed
We are one, only our coordinates vary
Love is eternal, while the ego becomes weary

Demons of fear
(Inspired by Jefferson’s poignant poem ‘Bruised’)
If we feel it, the fear is, for the moment, real
But within a bubble of ignorance we can feel
Look at the fear trapped in the bubble
Causing us all this trouble
Just because we allowed it to
At a snap of fingers, renew ...
Reboot
Forsooth
Consciousness we adorn
In form, we be here & now, reborn
The bubble of fear ... long gone
Be joyous, not forlorn!

Demons within the head
Not dead ...
But yet, the resolution
Of the confusion
Of conflict within
May begin
By knowing that the creator
Of the fear perpetrator
Is us alone: so if we but pause
The cause
Of movement
Of thought
Our ego begot
We need not mourn bereavement
Of illusion
Causing delusion

Acceptance
Along the winding spiritual pathway
Not one day, some day but every single day
External & internal consciousness merged as one
There is the dawn, the zenith and setting of the sun
When the going gets a bit rough
If the plateau appears to be like a trough
Let us pause awhile and reflect
What is it within us that does deflect ...
Our non-doer mode
Within in-form abode
From trusting, unexpectant being-ness
Into turbulent, contracted restlessness?
If we be so spoilt
That only spiritual rise we anoint
And get dismayed at destiny reversal
Then our consciousness needs some correction
If our attitude be that of complaining
Instead of gratefulness for our blessings
The driver of our emotion
Is perhaps not at the optimal position
The trick then is to slow down
Free flowing smile replacing fearful frown
The divine is partial to the consciousness acceptant
Acceptance being feasible when ego is decadent

Haste makes waste
The seeming shortest way
If tempting to us, we may well ask ...
Who are the tempter & tempted at play
Find them & then take them to task
Humorously
The child knows not but will learn
From our orientation unclinging, automatically
When our consciousness polarity we upturn
From the domain external
Ephemeral
To the staid internal
Eternal

Illness
Incurable illness, discomforting unwellness, release of consciousness from form inevitable, orientation unstable, recognising that life’s knowing may not transition into a becoming, since the vessel occupied is dying, the ego yet remorselessly vying for attention, offering no reprieve to cornered consciousness that seeks to be free, in the here & now, seamlessly, mirrorlessly.
Still, even as a helpless leaf flowing along a stream, the power to dream is innate and if resolve be not broken, trust not shaken, with acceptance tranquil & sedate, the Universe does Itself reach forward with boundless love to help ... consciousness ascension.
