Yes that's right, grounding, concerning earth. But also pranayama regarding water, that is, breathing through your left nostril is very important.

Mastering the latter means you also know how to work with the element ice. You get this element if water is not enough. While attempting to connect, it is perfectly possible other beings that are more powerful pick up your signal. If you persist invoking water, you'll get to a point where it transforms into ice. Also regarding grounding: One way to do it is using the microcosmic orbit. This is akin using the consciousness as a sort of brush, brushing from the top of the head downward to your feet, then back up to your head (not through your body) and down again.

Of course they do.

As long as there's duality, there are elements. You've got all sorts of faeries (angels) regarding this yeah.

But i'm talking about operating on arch levels: lines, triangles and other geometrical abstractions. But these "enclose" the elements. In a way you are correct.

For example, look at anything you want, and you'll see the edges or contours of everything.
These are the arch levels. And yes no elements, just abstractions. But: As above so below. These lines or contours "determine" the elements,
