My eye moves when concentrating
Whenever I try to focus on something with my eyes open like trying to focus on an object to see its aura, right when I start to see colors, my eyes always move a little and then the vision will be gone and I have to start over again. No matter how hard I try to stop my eyes from moving, it just keeps happening involuntarily. Does anyone know how I can stop my eyes from jolting away right when I start to see colors?

It is happening because of your lack of concentration.Try to concentrate your thoughts only in the object. you can achieve .Good wishes.

Your eyes do move naturally from one side to the other. I would try to slow down the process and just get used to the natural movement of the eyes and gradually it wont affect you so much.

Do your eyes move when you squint? Maybe you are cot concentrating hard enough. I can see auras without squinting og blurring my vision, it's just a natural ability I have. I've seen auras since I can remember, and sometimes they are so bright and colorful it hurts my eyes. There are some good books about auras - try Amazon.
