To be perfectly honest I couldn't tell you I have seen and spoken to spirit all my life I was so used to seeing them In the beginning i thought everyone could see them

You know some parts of letting go of so much grief had my awareness tap into ‘unknown’ sadness. Most often I’d have a reason related to the past.. when the unknown of deep grief hit, for so long and hard, I believe it pertained to a greater world suffering.

Bigger than our own personal experience..

That common saying- the sins of our fathers, seems to fit into this. ( I’m not religious) we each carry in us seeds of the past of others grief and trauma, there comes a point where we face those traumas if it’s in our seed.

Yes. It's quite simple . We go through an awakening , and that in itself is a precious gift .
But then we still have to live a "normal " human life.
Can be very frustrating and sad in parts .

For me, I had one whole day of crying. It was such a stark departure from the bliss of awakening. It felt like an emotional purge…
