There’s a toroidal swirl between spiritual heart and physical heart with centre the converging point. Some have ‘seen’ rather than merely felt, Santosh Sachdeva, being one such person, who has YouTube videos on the subject. (I suspect Maharishikaa too knows but hasn’t come out openly about the details, other than merely pointing to it as the Antaratman, seat of soul … then again another kriya yoga master says it’s in the head, behind third eye … we each must discover for ourself)
The three fold flame of Christ, the trinity, we may use any analogy. What counts of course, is our own experience, as it deepens day by day.

Musings on the heart
confusion prevails
as to the location
as also significance
of the spiritual heart
tradition has it the heart is
located at the right
left side, organ physical
mirroring seat of soul ethereal
the view this pilgrim holds
is that the heart is toroidal
replicating living light of Self
both transcendent and immanent
