The minor jaw chakra are either side of the head, just under the bottom of the ears. Could it be these chakra?, is it the front of the jaw or chin which is emanating heat?, or is it the side/sides?.  |

The front area of the chin(maybe extends a little more).Also sometimes i feel half of my face (left side) radiating heat as well.

What helped me a lot with my throat chakra was an overall posture improvement as everything is linked together.
I found that my hips were stuck and because of that my belly and because of that chest, shoulder, and neck.
now where my posture is healthy I can feel when I got too much tension at some parts.

Even I have not heard of JAW Chakra till now. But it does not means it may not exists. May be we/I just do not knew.

From what I remember from Robert Bruce's book "Astral Dynamics" at every joint we have energy vortex points. We also have minor chakras in addition to the 7 major ones as well as 5 more that are above our head and exist interdimensionally.
Here is a diagram that shows the minor chakras.
