It made sense, although long winded, science has proved that energy is eternal and cannot ever be destroyed only converted into some other formlessness, well humanity is all energy on two legs, and when we die(change venues) we are converted into astral body energy and continue living as before minus the physical vehicle.

This is true.

Ok, what can we do while we are an astral body? Think (solve math problems), create (music), be humanitarian (make the universe a better place), travel between galaxies and watch what happens inside a black hole, play games, ..? Lots of freedom? Or do we want to find a body which will accept us asap? (haven't seen the video yet,,may do tomorrow).
Can we come back to life as a plant, or a virus, or an ugly insect? who would want it.

Is god an astral body itself? of a very high dimension?

Are we following some ancient teachings here? Maybe all this spirituality stuff is just Budhism.

Do all spiritual people believe the same thing, or do their beliefs vary significantly.
For example are there atheist people who are very spiritual?
(I'm an atheist, but I can accept god depending on what exactly you mean by it)

Are being brainwashed and being spiritual 180 degree opposites, or
can people be brainwashed via spirituality as well.
I mean until recently anything religious was big turn off for me, and
I would refuse to listen anything which makes reference to god etc.
But starting with covid story, I see more stupidity, stubbornness,
in non-religious left-wing people who claim to be on science side,
than right-wing/religious people.
And there is a Nobel prize winner, who says sunshine causes cancer, and covid vaccine is good.
Maybe got Nobel just to give very bad health advice (deserving it is a different thing).
I would call this, infiltration into science.

(As you may guess, I'm very naive, and not a believer, but still open minded and curious in such topics.)

I'm not here to convince people, just to present a little evidence.
