A phrase I made up at the end of college, when I was just beginning to recognize my sense of spirituality, is “the infinite varieties of experience.” It’s a good way of reminding myself that anything’s possible, life is free, open and changing, dynamic. It’s a way to encourage me when I’m down or feel lost or helpless, hopeless, or powerless. Remember the infinite varieties of experience, I start to open my mind, heart, feelings, breath and body once again, and I remember my soul, my spirit, centering between sky and earth. This attitude is a big part of how I am an explorer

I wonder how Spirit Guide Sparrow is going now and if he is in good spirits and health.
Maybe he will pop in again one of these days and let us know what he's been up to.
It is nice to see him on this forum when he is active.
