Maybe the difference between your observations on the Energy levels on how to approach the op make a difference in settling down if there is a trigger? It could be hard to explain if you keep an eye on mood swings or viser versus?

Hii lostsoul,
Yes true. Settling down when having issues is important. However some people aren’t open to talking. She was this time. So that was great. I like to talk things through too. But don’t feel like bothering people too much either
