I have a problem
Hi, i came to this forum to seek help with a problem i have. For a while now, ive had this problem where I look at myself and i think i look different from how i used to be, i think my body is not how it should be. My psychiatrist told me that there are multiple alternate realities and that i could have moved from one to another and thats why i looked different, so i came here to ask if someone could explain that to me what he told me, or tell me how to fix it or how to know if it really happened, thank you.

There are a few possibilities, but the one that comes to mind the most is that you tapped into your re-incarnation cycle most likely. Everyone has lived numerous life times already. This lifetime is but one of many. The real you that you are seeing is still you, you are just remembering other versions of yourself. A advanced spiritual practice. You would have to talk to your internal guides to stop experiencing this or meet a priest/spiritual practitioner who is capable of closing this for you. All it would do is close off this ego version of yourself from the prior ego life that you lived. It would still be there, again you just would be closed off from it. If you want to understand what you are experiencing, the video below goes into something similar. I would recommend against turning to external help unless you feel that you must. You are experiencing this for a reason. I would start turning into your internal guides in order to grow and learn from this. This version of yourself is most likely here to train you I would guess.
