Has done loads for me, and ive been doing some orb work....my word thats powerful. I've been using golden christ light for protection

Oh yes, golden Christ light is wonderful to work with!
If you like it... check Diana's YouTube channel and search for her AA Metatron meditation. It is from way back, I believe 2009. At the time she did many of these vids with Diane Egby-Edwards who is an expert in sound healing. She does tuning forks during the meditations.
All the clips are around 10 mins so very doable. And the added energy from the tuning forks, wonderful!
From the same time there is also a 2 part chakra meditation, all twelve 5-D of 'em. That is a 2-parter, each around 10 mins.
I've done these a ton of times, hihi, and gotten loads out of them. In some of these vids she uses orbs too, shows photos of 'em. I think that was the chakra visualisation.
