Thumbs up 150 days root chakra meditation challenge

'The muladhara chakra is the
foundation of the energy body.
Nowadays, people think it is the
lowest chakra and not worth
working upon. Anyone who thinks

the most important thing. The
muladhara is the most important
thing. When we do yoga, we are
more focused on the muladhara
than anything else because if you
stabilize this, the rest is easy to

strong & balanced root chakra is important
dreamers , daydreamers need this why?
it will let you see the awesomeness of "earthly reality" , good food, shelter, health & sex are awesome yeah right!

i suggest you meditate on root chakra for 150 days(i did it), then forever
you can breathe slowly
concentrate on the root chakra - inhale
concentrate on the root chakra - exhale
or just breath normaly
try concentrating on your root during walking & exercise you will notice an improvement in your posture(see for yourself :)

you can also chant laaaammmm note: dont just chant lam concentrate on your root while chanting

I want to start with root chakra for 150 days.
Can you just open your root chakra and leave the others
will that be ok for now??
If its balanced can you then stop??

if you surely feel stable you can work on other chakras , if not strenghten the root first

, when it becomes balanced dont stop , do it regularly just like brushing your teeth

Thanks Sweetair! I will try the 150 day root chakra meditation too. I usually do 20-30 mins in the eve. Is it a good idea to do 15 mins of Svadistana afterwards or you would dedicate 150 days to root chakra only?

I have recently realized how important the root chakra is. I have noticed I get stressed, anxious, tense, and I stutter when I lose touch with my root.

you can use any root chakra meditation

you can
sit (dont lean )feel the connection of your butt to the floot or chair
keep your back comfortably straight
inhale concentrating on your root chakra
exhale chanting laaammmm
if you dont want chanting you can do slow breathing or natural breathing. The duration can range from 3 minutes and above(but if you can do 10 mins or more)

if you do yoga asanas, martial arts or tai chi you can practice concentating on the root chakra during the postures & or movements
