It took a lot of meditation for me to approach that state where one acts "for the good only" ... and it does indeed "open up our awareness to include many beings, people, plants or ANIMALS ( ), and feel all connected".
As you might correctly assume, I am a big ANIMAL lover ! |

I can understand, it's sometimes hard to stay calm, especially when the receivers of the imbalance are proud of it.

I mean ... whenever I act badly, I get the consequences really fast, I guess it's the same for everyone.
