writing down lucid dreams, for how long?

hello,
i almost lucid dream everyday and i was writing them down always when i woke up. last couple times i didn't, since it becomes kinda annoying to write down every time and i just enjoy the timing living there and not always want to try to remember afterwards. I noted so far around 22 Lucid dreams on my Journal.
should i keep writing them down?
and what is the benefit if i keep writing them down?

It sounds like you are over doing it so may be cut down on it. You could stop all together and see if there is any disadvantage in doing it. The advantage of writing it down would be you would have better memory of what happened.

i found a way to make it happen naturally, it will take a while to sleep with normal dreams thou....
i didn't meditate that much the last 7 days (around 2-4 hours), than regulary (8-12 hours). i stopped writing them down, but i still can remember them, but there are still some missing parts.
it didn't get better or worse.
