For one thing I've learned when it's my unconscious mind it's the same old repeating patterns. When it's telepathy with people or spirit guides it's new and fresh like a real conversation.

Also, there's a subtle difference in the feeling quality.

Yes but the mind can animate everything.

I was possessed by my own devil 2 years ago. He came from nowhere, a white light that I saw in my dark room, and he entered in my body, I felt it physically. The next day I felt his presence and he started his work (talking etc.).

The mind can make you doubt that you can actually learn to tell the difference. It just takes paying closer attention.

Some people have clairvoiance, clairaudience, clairsentience and other clair's. To be honest, we ALL have these intuitive gifts, and it's a process of deep self honesty to discern between the mind and intuition.

Surround yourself with white light and surrender to __time__

We don't surrender to time. We surrender to the now.

I wouldn't to this mistake.

Yeah. This is how I experience it.
This is something very different from your own self.
