I believe in my guides because of what I experience energetically. It hasn't always been the case. The more I started talking to my guide, aloud, in the car or whatever, the more I started to become aware of his presence. And then there's the "touching," like a physical touch, which we sometimes communicate with. It's been a process. Meditating made all of the communication clearer. I can tell you isn't self created, and it's changed the way I view everything, knowing that I am never truly alone. And when you were told that all your thoughts count...that is very true. There is always a listener.
