What are these dark toxic energies?

I trusted on myself and let it over to my mind/brain. I set the clear intention to put down the work to work around these energies, find a way of coping so to say or maybe just do the necessary work according to my lessons and truths I have around this topic.

I would like to say that it might require an awful lot of work. But if you don’t get through them in a similar way as I did, you can still say “okay, maybe a meter of work is too big, maybe a centimeter of work is too big and complicated, so I’m going to work in even smaller steps. Namely millimeters.” And then just set the intention everyday to work a millimeter in progress of solving this problem. And then measure that millimeter. And maybe that measure of intelligence about this problem will become bigger over time.

I too had made that intention, I think I got somewhat overwhelmed because once you start confronting these parasites, you find more and more...I think even the overwhelm is one of them trying to de-rail my efforts to evict them.

I separate them by behavior. One is luring me into darkness. Another is really de-railing me. Another is simply ironic. And one is simply frustrating me.

Maybe it’s karma? Idk.
