I agree I don't want to try to deny my feelings. Can that cause ulcers?
I notice occasionally someone will get upset and emotional about something that they just thought was true but actually wasn't. Either they assume something to be true or there was a miscommunication. This seems to apply to healing the heart, because I don't know everything behind what's going on in me. I practice awareness meditation, petitioning the Universe for cleansing of whatever it is that's the cause. I guess it is letting go because I'm choosing to let go of my belief and understanding about the issue. Then other ideas about it may come through inspiration.

Nice of you to say but no - just my own feelings and experiences and stuff from previous lives i guess but I do think that my feelings / experiences / beliefs are not necessarily true for all.
I love it here as I have learnt so much from many wise people. |
