Hey Cosmic,
What practices do you use for grounding?
Archangel Raphael came through a few weeks ago for me, assisting me to ground, other then that, I've been lying on the grass every day and doing mantra meditations.
I am curious to know what helps you?

I grow as a person in grounding, using directed energy I have within. People said my way is rare/a gift. I just develop that part of my and focus on it for hours.
