Question about how one differentiate manifestation from precognative abilities

I was talking to a friend last night and thought manifestation became a topic. We got stuck when trying to figure out how to tell if we were picking up already knowing the outcome verses thinking it and it happening.

So the question is how do you know which it is?

If both are true it can be a bit confusing, and I'm having trouble bridging the gap, so wouldlove to hear some thoughts on it.

have to say this is something I have been pondering... I "saw" my cat Bryn when I was deciding what colour cat I wanted to look for. I decided on a male ginger and white and I asked to be able to find him. I wanted him to be soft as butter but big and strong. I kept asking Spirit for him.

I finally found him in south wales. My best friend called to say she had seen an ad. We drove for 4 hours to go collect him and his brother. We lost Taf the next summer but Bryn has turned into exactly what I wanted.

But, did I manifest him or did I "see" him and know he was going to be my friend?

This isn’t an either or situation. Overlap isn’t problematic. Precognition is picking up on future possibilities. Manifestation is one of those possibilities.
