Um, I dunno...never thought about it. But meditating for 49 years this year, ha!!,
many times 3-6 hours a sitting in stillness and silence ---you are just open to more, I think.
Things can just 'come or happen'...and suddenly, unexpectedly, the Doors of Perception can open. And wow, when they do! :)

I am a bit of a channel and mostly use music and sometimes I do make contact with Source and almost all Beings. I used to meditate just for an hour in the morning and boy! That was hard. I gave up for lack of time, space and privacy and discovered music instead. It works wonders for me.

I so wish pamela channeled Oneness/Source again. The best channeling I've ever experienced, maybe even in my life.

I have watched a lot of YouTube videos that Pamela channeled and I liked most. I wonder why you think she is no longer channelling? Any how look for other channels and I am sure there are plenty around the universe and good luck.

When you channel, do you channel your Higher Self or from Source?

In regard to channelling source directly from this level, I like to give two examples, first, the Law of One was channelled from sixth density, to this reality, which we understand to be third density. If one reads the Law of One, one can understand how difficult it was, and the subject, Carla Rueckert burned out, despite all the precautions taken.
My own highest expression, I know as Whan tar is in the higher levels of sixth density. At one point I was distrusting, or upset with what happened, and I said, I will not do anything until I talk to Whan tar. After a short time, the connection came through. It was very intense, and I managed to hold the connection only for a few seconds. He transmitted what he needed to transmit, and I let go. I was not in a trans state like Carla Rueckert, I have to say. Why do I write this? The sixth density is still far below source.
I don't think we could handle a direct connection, from this level.
