It's kinda a fun concept...
somewhat like mental charades, "guess what I'm thinking of"
(actually this could be a great psychic training parlour game) there's a market for psychic games I suspect
I recall Kreskin , the mentalist ...describing the imagery in a subjects mind..during a stage show.
or Uri Geller did similar things on tv, projecting images into folks imagination.
This'd be much easier in person of course....in real time
