but that isn't what I felt
and if there is one thing i learned

it isn't worth lieing
about my motives
just to try
to get somewhere or other.

better to be honest
even if you won't like me

so I will say
i'm not unhappy
with the status quo
at least for the moment

but I reserve the right
maybe for later
to go back to ranting and raving

It was really sweet of you
To find a way to reconnect

That old site was fun

and me being a me
On this carnival ride

When you said you'd be in town
I knew you were being humorous
It was a nice memory

So here we are now
Not really twin flames
Without saying too much

I'm still glad you helped me
Mend my wings so that I can fly here
And say hi more openly, not so shyly

Hopefully write some more poetry
But I will probably take a break
From the forum, and go with the flow
Including any ranting and raving
