The hall of mirrors
gives us the shivers,
for each form therein,
deems itself virgin.

Although light is white,
prismatic delight
spawns myriad hues,
designed to confuse.

A well known story ~
cave allegory,
bondage to darkness,
blocking truth’s starkness.

We are yet in mind,
thus gripped in it’s bind.
We stoop to conquer,
when with love concur.

‘My daddy strongest’,
says each earth bound guest,
although all are one,
reflecting the sun.

Narrow minds are closed,
thus truth is disposed,
as we so package
God in scripture’s cage.

We may yet be free,
if head-heart agree,
to simply be still,
while voids within fill.

Clock of time rewind,
leave knowing behind.
Let us meditate,
as bliss beats gyrate.

Earth life, a hard school, dark desire cesspool
Senses externalised, all objects sized
No wonder then, we behave like a fool
Truth dawns, when by Holy Spirit baptised

Ego controls thoughts, so we’re ill-advised
Body hormones rule, our instincts cruel
Bemused by illusions, fleeting goals prized
Earth life, a hard school, dark desire cesspool

All hope seems lost, feral lust’s our fuel
Though conscience speaks, as God Himself disguised
We heed Him not, behaving like a ghoul
Senses externalised, all objects sized

Hypnotised by thoughts, our soul’s paralysed
Chasing rainbows, we continue to drool
Game of shadows leaves us demoralised
No wonder then, we behave like a fool

Discerning cause of pain, as pulse dual
We cease thought flow, that ego’s vaporised
Thoughts reassigned to their role as a tool
Truth dawns, when by Holy Spirit baptised

In timeless time, God within’s realised
Heart lotus blooms, revealing soul’s jewel
In-form polarities are stabilised
Our free will’s liberated for self-rule
Earth life, a hard school

Soma nectar drips,
as bliss current grips
our heart’s attention,
in jubilation.

Free from narrow doubt,
love begins to sprout,
bursting forth as light,
to our soul’s delight.

Transfiguration
in celebration
heightens joy quotient,
moment by moment.

Amidst the bliss rise,
unfed ego dies.
That that remains is
as is, a bliss fizz.

Born into bondage,
save God, who’ll assuage
fears ego does spew,
which thought forms renew?

Mind-body’s a boon,
if we so attune
in-form consciousness,
with the That Oneness.

Beliefs we follow,
very few let go.
How’ll we rise upwards,
merely chanting words?

Religion a crutch,
distanced from love’s touch.
If we’re to reform,
let us first perform.

Make mindful our eye,
sensing each heart’s sigh,
in flow of thine thus,
aboard God’s bliss bus.

Each thought, word and deed,
be free from lust’s weed,
for we all are one;
each soul is God’s son.

There is but one truth ~
get to it forsooth!
May God grant clear sight,
that we’re living light!

Map’s not the terrain.
By touch, feel the rain.
Be to become bliss
effervescence fizz.

So pray by all means
that heart in time gleans
flame of Christ within!

As heart flits amidst objects of desire,
goalposts keep shifting, joy mirroring pain;
yet deluded we’re transfixed, till we tire,
whereupon cease to measure loss and gain,
opting for cessation, to cleanse soul’s stain.
No sooner we choose to abide with love,
our aligned head and heart, now hand in glove,
inner conflict ends, bliss currents ascend,
blessings in-pour from within and above,
enabled then thus, when to God we bend.

Love, wisdom and power;
thus in fullness tower
oh long weary hermit,
for this is the summit.

Love, wisdom and power,
enabled hour by hour,
if our heart be mellow,
centred in stillness slow.

Love, wisdom and power,
let Mother* empower
by kundalini rise,
we behold in surprise.

Love, wisdom and power;
we become the knower
of the ultimate truth.

*Notes: Divine Mother is Shakti at the root chakra. Father is Shiva, at the crown. Kundalini is cosmic energy which rises from root to crown, facilitated by Shakti. Once Shakti unites with Shiva, head melds with heart and we resonate with love. This process occurs here, now in directly felt physicality.

Come the dawn, the rising sun
Unapologetic, offers no introduction
Source of life, same for one and all
Cares not what is our religion

The gently flowing, wafting breeze
Soothes by touch, in embrace and release
Enlivening all sentient beings on this planet
Blessings of Mother Earth never cease

Heartbeats each moment repeat
Maintaining optimal body heat
Pulse of aliveness, judges not our belief
Love entwined with love makes us feel complete

Oh weary hermit, label not God
Religious fundamentalism is narrow and flawed
Each soul is an aspect of His essence
Our ego identity is but a facade

Love alone is real, know this
Sans desire, our emptiness radiates bliss
All that is, is God consciousness alone
Feel on the fontanel, His loving kiss
