If I may ask... why the 'get back to work' interpretation?
Isn't it more like keeping a solid, healthy balance between work, home, relationships? Emperor is much about healthy boundaries and foundation and can also speak of the first, that balance.
With the owl... while doing all that and being busy juggling all, stay tuned into your intuition and your own needs while also keeping an eye out on the environment for both signs and other's needs.
Something like that.
Or maybe I'm thinking too difficult and that doesn't resonate, hihi.

Ah, keep in mind, I have only had the “Tarot for Kids” deck for a few weeks. The actual message was, “do your work”. It speaks of taking on a big goal and working on it until it is complete. The reverse speaks of avoiding a big task can lead to troubles.
I like your interpretation of balance and healthy boundaries! In a new job it is difficult to find that balance that will come with time. And interesting enough my weeks meditation was about balance. 
The Spirit Owl, well, is all about seeing clearly. When faced with a large and complicated project, it is important to see clearly the steps and yes, tuned in, acknowledging intuition. |
