It is still a bit touch and go at the moment. I have conceptualised I AM and have understood its importance but I have a backlog of rebellion against the "I" in my system.
At the moment I am recovering from an abscess on my foot which is still very swollen and dangerous. I am on antibiotics and having it seen every day. The danger is blood poisoning. Plus I am very stressed and tired.
I just hope I pull through.

I noticed you mentioned about your foot before, blimey, sounds painful. Hopefully the antibiotics will kick in soon (no pun intended).
You can still sit and have a nice contemplation but with your chrysanthenum tea instead.
