Are you scared of God or I AM?

My answer is yes and yes. I'm scared of both of them. I have all sorts of reasons why, which are too complicated to be explained easily.
My humble opinion is that God is not a decent being.....

No and no.
Source/ God/ the Divine is love. I Am is you yourself at a very high level. If and when you manage to get to that level in meditation it's sheer bliss! Absolute freedom and joy.
It's the level directly under Source, highest we can get, when you're at one with All That Is. Connected to the Quantum Field where everything is possible because everything is there already. It is All One.
So healing, success, happiness and so on, it's all there and you can tune into it and be it, receive it, live it, feel it, become it.

God allows stars to go supernova, wiping out entire solar systems and any and all life that might exist in these solar systems. That destruction does two things: 1 - Sends out shock waves that compress nebulae , forming new stars, planets and solar systems; 2 - Seeds these nebulae with the heavier elements necessary for life. The Big Bang left moslty hydrogen, some helium and traces of lithium. All the other elements are 'cooked' within stars and the heaviest elements are only produced in nova & supernova.

Back in the day Earth's atmposphere contined lots of methane, and the humble cyanobacteria is speculated to be the culprit behind the Great Oxygenation Event that converted that early atmosphere to an atmosphere that contained higher levels of oxygen. Bad news for all the previous lifeforms that liked methane and good news for the lifeforms that followed that prefered oxygen, i.e. our very distant ancestors.

Then we have the asteroid that collided with Earth and ended the reign of the Dinosaurs, clearing the way for the rise of mammals and eventually us.

Is God decent to allow all this destruction? From the perspective of what came before, it would appear not so decent and from the perspective of what came after very decent.

Where's the dividing line between God and nature and between nature and us?

From your posts, Honza, I have the impression that you are confusing God with humans. God is joy/love and gave humans free will. It is humans that are not decent beings.

Maybe you already know that. I'm not sure but I guess you believe that everything is God and that's the cause of your confusion. What humans do is not God.

"I and the Father are One"

"Whatsoever you do unto the least among you, you do unto me"

Jesus didn't seem to see separation between God and himself and between himself and others.

All I am saying is that what humans do (killing, stealing, raping, etc.) is not God.

And I'm pointing out that's in direct contradiction to the teachings of Jesus, as in if A (God) = B (Jesus) and B (Jesus) = C (others) then A (God) = C (others).

No. God is the ONE thing I would never be 'scared of'.
When I saw the title of the thread...picture me looking like a dog that tilts
it's head when it hears a strange sound...complete puzzlement, as in, "What??"

Now, the way some men have interpreted and misrepresented, placing their primitive superstitions, confusions and fears onto God,
as YWHW in the Old Testament, that 'God' was seen as a murderous, angry, jealous monster.
I don't know that made up thing.

I see Jesus has been brought up...apparently Jesus did nothing that his Father did not
want him to do...and his mission was about love, healing and forgiveness;
attempting to awaken man to some sense of reality! That is, as I understand it.

I must say, Honza, you make this place interesting! :)

Ultimately speaking Jesus is "I Am" and so are we. The issue is one of mistaken identity. A confusion between the Actor and the role being played.
