I had Waffles today , I spread peanut butter on top (No Syrup) and just eat them . I also had a glass of milk on the side.

Ash Browns from Greggs and I enjoyed them because they were light because I don't want I think heavy and it's summertime by god I've turned a beautiful person

For Breakfast I had:
one large omelet (everything on it)
two eggs easy over
one plate full of strawberries
red beets
tomatoes
cucumbers
soft ice-cream with whip cream and chocolate fudge
one decaf coffee
one glass of milk
