Interesting and makes sense in the greater scheme of getting back to just ‘being’

How did this young woman come to her understandings?

I was trying to source her story, but haven’t found anything.

Hey JustBe, thanks for replying :) I've watched a handful of her videos where she takes questions and people have asked her this same question. She says it doesn't matter how it happened, that one day the search just ends. She also mentions that she used to be a highly "neurotic" type always playing out scenarios in her head and wanting to intellectualize everything and that she wanted to reason everything out until one day she just sort of fell out of what she calls the dream (what I guess people would call the material world).

Ok I see now.

Everything in the video interview I watched makes sense in relation to ‘energy’ and waking up from the dream. In the simplicity of it all, she’s obviously reaching a bigger audience, through her understandings, which I think is a positive sign people can actually ‘just fall out of’ the dream. Maybe she sends a message that suffering is not necessary when you have these shifts. That’s a good thing to replicate in the world.

Yes it does, with the realisation that what you're really looking for is yourself - the seeker and that which is sought are one and the same.

"Falling out of the dream" is another way to describe the 'collapse' of the ego, because the ego and the dream are more similar that many people would imagine. The ego is differentiated consciousness so it creates a difference between 'this' and 'that - and in part to answer a question you've asked in another thread - the differentiated consciousness of your ego (not an insult, by the way) creates the difference between the Spiritual and the material. When that's out of the way the undifferentiated consciousness of the self comes through and you get what is know as non-Duality.

Watch her non-Duality video, it'll help.
