When is the ideal time to say affirmations?
Hi Members,
Is there an ideal time to say affirmations?
I have read in some websites that the time before going to sleep at night is ideal to say affirmations.
What are your opinions about this?

When you are clear with strong intentions, as in, umph, power,
like an arrow to it's target.
Like Krishna to Arjuna - See only the 'bull's eye'....I changed a word on purpose.
Whomever you are directing your affirmations to: Higher Self, Super-consciousness,
the Over Soul, Angels, God, Gurus...the Powers that Be... they do not sleep.
I like to mention this:
46 years ago, one afternoon, I grit my teeth and made a Decree...like a strong Affirmation...and that 'thing'
has NEVER ever happened again to me...and never will.
I have never had an Affirmation ever not happen.
(Arrow to it's target with profound intention, my friend.)

You need to experiment to find out what times of day and what circumstances allow you to focus and concentrate the best.
Trial and error.
Ideally you should be repeating an affirmation many times a day. Affirmations must be said with utter commitment.

Early morning as you awaken, or at night before you arrive going to sleep. These are the most ‘psychic’ times of day when the conscious mind is most immobilised, and the subconscious mind (the half way house between us and the Universe) is most pregnable.
Pay particular attention to your thoughts before you sleep as they will be sinking in to the subconscious mind all night long. Don’t watch news or read anything distressing. Instead, deliberately feed your mind with positive thoughts of what you would like to happen, or how you would like to be.

Because everyone is different, choose a moment when you feel at ease.
Everyday life can wear you down at times, so get up a few minutes early for some peaceful alone time if you need to be encouraged or pumped up to face the day.
(This is my self-evaluation time)
