Could TF have been a father/daughter in another life?

Weird question I know. I know they are supposed to be our other half sort of thing, but with my TF and I there is just this odd feeling, at least on my end, that our attachment to each other is more familial than romantic for sure, I just thought I'd throw this out there. I have huge issues with my dad, and he has huge issues with his daughter. It's just weird and I'm just thinking out loud. You could say then that we have a karmic thing but every fiber of my being knows he is my twin.

I don't think it's odd at all. My love for my SC covers all the types of love, but has felt familial since the very beginning. One of the first times we ever talked I told him that I couldn't explain why, but that I felt very protective towards him - almost like he was part of my family.

Yes, it's not just restricted to romantic love.

Absolutely. I was supposedly his mother in a past life.

I've had a past life regression which showed my TF and I as brothers, so I feel like it's totally possible.

I have a "complex relationship" with my father I tend to always find " little bits of him" in other men rather it is physical appearance or mannerism unconsciously.

There is a saying, that we date our parents. And such a statement has a baring of truth to it. For our parents are who we first see as an example of a relationship.

I think those same relationships dynamics, help us to understand the aspects of ourselves that we need to heal.

That is very true about looking at the aspscts of ourselves that we need to heal. I just feel like these two men ( two celebrities in particular) are very much familial because I'm looking at them as" better versions" of my bio father.

That also happens. I think when we are denied something within our parents or us, we try to overcompensate and find that missing piece in another, and so we want a "better version" of what harmed us in some way.
