As they do often, but more so since this is a non-Duality thread. Strictly speaking they aren't real, they are all the 'stuff' of relative reality and not Absolute reality, they're 'objects' if consciousness and therefore Duality, and they are also 'contents' of the ego.

Talking of which, Duality, non-Duality and Spirituality are also 'objects' of consciousness, which is the reason there will be a Spirituality after people stop believing in it.
