Pfft.

Negative mind~Lower mind~stomach/belly~Cleared!

In line with the higher mind and holy spirit(heart).

Took 5days to open and clear.

Which makes sense when you look at addiction.

As with addiction you heal and or peak at 5days.

I also observed Harvey today(5th day since he had surgery)he started eating grass.

A telling sign,so he's now off vet meds.


The past 5days has been an amazing process.

Going from a grieving process and processing sorrow.

To going within and moving the mud from the belly.

My heart opening,expanding and bubbling.

Butterfly feelings starting at the feet,and then flooding my body.

My whole body then became static and magnetic.

Yesterday,pushing through the last of heavy resistance.

It felt like someone was pushing down on my skullcap.

Waking up today,i have some heaviness on the skullcap.

But it's more a feeling of being subdued.

Peacefulness and humbleness.: )
