Asborb energy
I have a question? I want to know how to asorb energy? when meditating i like to pretend like im absorbing energy from around me into my body but i dont know how that works. When i visulise energy coming into my hands i dont know how to move that energy into the rest of my body. any idea?

There is an infinite supply of energy connected with you.
you can ''absorb'' more of it is by clearing and crystalizing your chakras.
