Polarity rotation as breath meditation

***

Polarity rotation as breath meditation

Recognising that we are encased in mind body form and thus inescapably limited while our attention stagnates within grooves of narrowness ... yet we know too our vast expansiveness when our awareness merges as one with Universal consciousnesses.

To strike a balance then between celebrating offered experience perceived by our limited self and yet remaining connected to the a Universe in wholeness, the self evident stark truth is that our attention must rotate smoothly between these two aspects of our being without clinging, over indulging or stagnating.

Knowing not quite being becoming unless we assimilate & activate the knowledge garnered, here then is a simple meditation tool which rotates polarity of our attention in an easy flow with our unforced breath.

Ultimately, meditation should become an all time flowing orientation but until then, this tool is offered to those who wish to adopt it.

A simple meditation tool

Each breath in three zones
Entwined yet flowing alone
First the upward curve
Enabling energy surge
Then the pause of interchange
Void of immeasurable range
An opportunity
To shift into infinity
Which if we do
Breath renews
Again as inhalation in elation
Taking in body shell exhalation
In the unfathomable stillness
One in unity with Oneness
Bringing us to another pause
For which the obvious cause
Is body seeking fresh breath intake
Our attention shifting while awake
To take in the new pranic force
Flowing from the singular source

We thus may choose
Without excuse
In effortless ease
As each half breath does cease
To rotate polarity
For unbroken connectivity
Consciousness purge
Always on a rising surge
Thus flowing our attention
Without cessation
In time we balance
Dual vs non-dual parlance
Until it becomes our reflex
Making simple the complex
Blurring boundaries
Between form and infinity
Magnetism always rising
As attention keeps rotating
In an ovoid of dynamic stillness
Seamless spacial connectedness

Finally all becoming the vibrant void
Ecstatic bliss that has us overjoyed

Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.
Meditate unceasingly, that you may quickly behold yourself as the Infinite Essence, free from every form of misery. ~Paramahansa's Guru's Guru

Apart from breath, we may extrapolate the fundamental principle of polarity rotation to any other activity, ultimately getting to an orientation of unbroken meditation.

For example, opening and closing of our eyelids:

At the divine suggestion
Blinking eye meditation
Looking without association
Closed eye internalisation

Two points of cessation
With different intention
Opening in celebration
Closing without negation

In continuous resonation
With the ॐ reverberation
