I have been on a strict diet beginning of January because I was over 16 stone I was because last year I was eating and drinking too much this year since I lost my mum I'll have to go on me I loved it or photos of me it made me realise as well as talking to my nearest solution eat healthy cut back on a cakes sweets and biscuits but I've done
No I've lost a test on biscuits and cakes I have have and I'm doing small daily works because of autism and my knees is killing me but I'm done it myself not a man an4 myself because I'm at the wrong side of 40 I'm I'm at that age and it has dangerous age I woke up to myself and today Alice the Morecambe and sense happy body healthy body healthy mind
I just wish my younger self would have listened to the advice
