It's sad, under ANY circumstance, to lose a loved one.
But today, and for some reason, I cannot stop thinking about all of the people and victims of murder.
We , as a family, lost a young family member , a lovely girl, Kate, to Murder.
So Today, that's where my heart lies.
To anyone that lost a loved one to murder.
I Am thinking of you all Today.

It’s simply simple...although it hurts the same hurt is my flame—the same communication... at least we are together as one...it could be worse.

Loosing anyone whether through Murder or other wise is a Tragedy.
The saying goes Life is for Living but for some of us it is an uncomfortable ride
I feel for everyone that cant live as they would like to because of Health Issues
Your Health is the most precious thing you can have.
Even better if its good Health
