What do you think?
Do you think it’s possible for people to be born as angels, (like we all are technically) who don’t know they are angels?
Do you think it’s possible actual people are angels? That demons are real people and angels and they appear as you or I do? Like...indigo children? Or that they can awaken?
Do you think all of that is bull ?
Do you think angels are only guides who only exist in another dimension?
Do you think it’s possible?

No, one can not be born as an angel
one can be angelic and be born as human or any other 3D form within this (uni)verse.
The angelic exist in any density (dimension)
According to my information about 20% of all incarnates are angelic in background.
Correction, those 20% are the angelic, the Fae and Elohim.

Everybody has a different definition of what an Angel is. In the Old Testament, it claims Angels appeared as men..............

Any entity or being can incarnate on this level if the choose too.

Angels do not ever incarnate or get to this level of existence. The only exception to this is AA Metatron who has had (an) incarnation(s).
Almost all Lightmasters have had (many) incarnations and as such can relate to what it's like to live in a physical body on this planet.
But not the angels.

while astral traveling my personal experience is that angels are a different species than we are, spirits.

Quite the tricky question.
In a way, I don't think angels could ever/would ever be allowed to incarnate, because it would corrupt their vision of "how things are", and therefore would render one incapable of continuing angel work.
Then again, I remeber that cute redhead girl I'm fond of, and when I saw her mother, she definitely had "angelic vibes", by very far.
Everything's possible, even though an angel incarnating would be quite exceptionnal, depending the reasons of course.
