Ancient Ancestor Books
Hello To Everyone!
I was wondering if anyone here at the forum might be able to suggest a good book on communicating with ancient ancestors? I've been searching around for awhile but I haven't really found anything that covers the subject directly. I am open to reading any spiritual paths take on the subject. Thanks for any suggestions!  |

Basically, you relax then drift into a light altered state, start daydreaming, and connect. With practice you get more confidence and better results.
Another method that comes to mind is "deep trance identification". Look it up on the internet. You self hypnotize yourself into a deeper trance, then identify with a personality. I've read about and watched such experiments with quite interesting results. I tried it myself too.
What kind of communication do you have in mind? With whom? For what?
