Thank you for sharing this, there is also resilience one should build, there is so much we can learn from nature, or applying an oil based tint to a wooden fence, creating a barrier, knowing when the rain hits hard, it will run of not affecting the material. We can also learn how on painting the fence our arm may begin to ache, we need to stop and regain our strength, it takes time to apply the resistance, but once this process is complete, negativity dissolves when it comes into contact with you. You will no longer judge yourself or others, and you will reclaim your missing within your barrier leading to wholeness.
