I do drink four table spoon of powdered milk every single day, and it got quite a bit of calcium. But I guess I'll do an x ray to see whether my growth plates are still open. Thanks!

I do believe it is possible to alter the body through mind over matter, after all there are those in the Himalaya mountains who look around 40 years old and are 400-800 years old. However this is not a spell which is cast but a form of learning how to manipulate matter on a molecular level.
Milk might be easier

I never smoke, do drugs or steroids. My diet is good, but not super good. I do take two table spoon of powdered milk every single day. And, yes, I do lots (at least 5 hours per week) of physical exercise (cardio and weight stuffs) since 2008, but recently I also added stretching.
