Seasonal Energy

Hello, I was just wondering if anyone could help me.

I'm just looking for a bit of information about Seasonal changes and the energies they hold/ give off.
Yesterday I really felt the energy of the season change, and up until now I never realized before but I have been feeling this my whole life. When I was younger I always thought I felt more powerful during the season changes from Summer to Autumn but that stopped last year and I didn't get anything.

However now I'm really feeling a burst of energy and power over me and only now do I realize it's the season change that I can feel.

Does anyone else experience this? Or could offer me anymore information about season changes? I would be very grateful :)

I always feel season changes too.
More sensitive you are more you will feel it.

During the summer there is greatest amount of energy
because earth is closest to the sun
and the sun is great energy source.

During rainy days energy drops because
the is no sunshine.

If you feel weak or depressed during rainy days
or at winter or autumn
great way to solve this problem is to
learn pranic breathing or some good meditation that
increases energy level.

I use Twin heart meditation and it does miracles for me.

Often I feel the changes soo much, the highs of summer and the lowest lows of winter. At this time it's very difficult because one minute it seems we are getting closer to summer and the next it feels like winter.
