I always feel season changes too.
More sensitive you are more you will feel it.
During the summer there is greatest amount of energy
because earth is closest to the sun
and the sun is great energy source.
During rainy days energy drops because
the is no sunshine.
If you feel weak or depressed during rainy days
or at winter or autumn
great way to solve this problem is to
learn pranic breathing or some good meditation that
increases energy level.
I use Twin heart meditation and it does miracles for me.
