I believe so. I've not experienced it myself, but after opening up to a friend about my interest in dreams, he shared an amazing story about him and two of his mates who agreed to meet up in a dream one night. They were young, adventurous and most likely thought it was simply a big joke.
Two of the three met in a dream and validated it the next day. The third guy was there, but neither my friend nor his friend could 'wake him up'.
It certainly left an impression on him. Not surprising really.
As to your question, it probably is possible. But not advisable.
I've used "magic" (I use the word lightly, as it isn't magic at all) in the past to get someone to fall for me - not a good idea. You don't need the non-physical to do it. I have been so successful with it in the past, I give it a wide berth these days. It's akin to being a gardener and having very green fingers...everything you touch grows. It can become a bit scary and you end up living in an apartment with no garden....
