Anyway, rest assured no matter where in the Multi-verse you find yourself, don't worry about your body, it will function correctly even without your awareness in it. There might be some oddness in the beginning as your body learns how to deal with the new energies, but it works itself out quick enough and you'll learn when and how to ground when needed after trips into the Larger Consciousness Construct.
There's something organic and natural about it all, as if we've been doing it 10's of thousands of years. These days I can go OBE in seconds and take a room full of people with me and we all go to the same places and can talk about it while we do it and even recognize each other's energy forms. Relax, explore - there is no limit to consciousness as far as I know, only limiting belief systems pinning us down.

Thankyou. I appreciate what you shared here. It supports me to know more in case I go places I am unsure of.

It is natural for the breath to slow when you are in deep meditation. Do not deliberately hold the breath just let the body calm down naturally. The mind is tied to the breath so as your breath slows the mind also will become quiet. I recommend meditation in the morning, before most people are awake, at this time the monks / spiritual masters are sending blessing to all that are ready to receive, therefore you will find it easier during
the early hours in the morning to meditate, before sun rise is ideal.

FEAR in Meditation - You're on the Right Track

Naturesflow, first of all, I really have to say congratulations to you. I know that you said you're confused of this new awareness in your body, but that's quite a realization to recognize this awareness in your body. Of course, it was a perceived idea in your head that you were dying, but that is actually one of the deeper, more important places to find in meditation. You see, we come to meditation to find the point where the ego mind is fully trying to maintain itself as a separate individual and as a survival machine constantly being run by fear. So to sit and allow yourself to drop in awareness and to meet this fear of death is very appropriate. You see, there's this misconception that when we sit to meditate it’s just to get rid of everything and, therefore, if I'm having an uncomfortable meditation session or a fearful or death-like feeling, something is wrong. The truth is, nothing is wrong. That is just perfect. It's actually your body unwinding from the fixation in the mind, and the survival machine. Continue to allow yourself to just BE with whatever arises. In fact, being so fully in and experience in the awareness you have more likely than not after some time, even after perhaps experiencing lots of bliss and pleasure, there will be a meeting of death, a meeting of the root fear we that we all must face. Instead of trying to figure this out or to fight it off or get rid of it, just like not needing to get rid of thoughts, simply allow thoughts to come and go and allow this fear to arise and let it have you, let it take all of you. I know it's very scary and you could be thinking you're dying, but that's just the mind’s trickery to not have your attention remain with this intensity. This intensity which it’s running from, which appears to be a void, but that void is actually a doorway home. So, good job. Allow yourself to just BE. Yes, with the space in between thoughts, just allowing yourself to be present. Keep up the good work. Much Love - Brian Marc Zimberg - BrianMarc.com

This happens to me not quite all the time but has been quite usual for years now. Who ever I am just disappears, I never feel it coming and it's only really when I get back I even notice I was gone... weird, but yeah, the body possibly suddenly remembers to breath, boom, I'm me again! I used to consciously be 'there', as it were, silence, stillness, formlessness and even popped into bliss... but now, maybe I'm lazy, I just disappear, no me, no nothing.

But I'm not dead, so I don't think it's anything to worry about.
