Reclaiming personal power

I had a traumatic experience a few years ago and closed down energetically right after it. Fear trapped in my chest stripped me of "power". I reclaimed it once, I dont know how, it just happened. But I lost it again. I feel real determined to take it back so I can be a stronger force of good for others. I will reclaim my personal power regardless of whether its possible or not. I dont know how its going to happen, but its going to happen. What do you all do when you need to rise in personal power?

Do you feel you have worked through the trauma, all the steps the right way? maybe part of it is unsolved within you? If so I guess no other way than to work through it either through terapy, self treatment such as going through it by writing it down (works for me!), meditation, to reclaim your own voice and your own reality of what happened and where you stand today.

There is a very powerful process to reveal even the most hidden, seemingly unchanging, blockages, negative limitting believes. By revealing the hidden underlying believe.

Always feel your emotions as you do this. Face the negative believe of your disempowerment that cause your feelings and experiences of disempowerment, the emotion is a way to connect to the surface layer believe, that seems unchanging. Like"I am powerless."
Then the process begins,as you then ask yourself, "What do I get out of holding on to this believe? How does it serve me to keep believing this?"

Be present, and mindful with your emotions, open and willing and honest with yourself, as you open up to your deeper inner believes as you attempt to answer this question. And allow the deeper underlying negative believe to come out and open into your consciousness as you do this.

And do it several times to really clear out and clean any hidden believe.

When you become conscious of the deeper believe, that causes you to feel disempowerment, it will be gone. If it's not gone, keep digging, with the question provided, untill you find it.

You can symbolically replace it with a more empowering believe if you wish, but it is not necessery. As when you truely have discovered the deep underlying believes, the light of your conscious awareness will naturally cause it to no longer feel logical or sensible.
At finding the negative believe you may feel a sense of fear or despair, but when you truely see the falacy of it, as you truely understand how it is just a believe, you have PURPOSEFULLY created, and if it is truely no longer necessery, it will be gone, otherwise dig deeper.
If you do it right, It is like a big blockage will be removed from your energy field, and you will feel allot of emotional relief, if you do it right.

The fact that you want to change that energy blockage, means it will be very easy for you. Most people don't even wanna know about the blockage, and if someone points at it, they will give their life in order to protect it.
Can be very sad. When suffering is all a person has ever known.

Its very interesting because my personal power is coming back strong, just after I wrote this post. I knew it would. I don't know how. I see I'm deciding with strong will, taking a selfless stance, praying to God and trusting the universe. All these things combined, some magic be happening. <3 <3 <3

I don't feel like I've completely worked through it but I feel like I've found the key to resolve it.

What do I do?
I repeat every phrase or verse or sentences of truth and wisdom that I know are rock solid The Truth.
Whether from Jesus or Wayne Dyer, or Krishna, lol, I don't care!
I have them all written down at the ready! And read them the second there is some issue!

Kinda like Stuart Smalley, building myself up, but not in his hysterical affirmation way.
