Dinner will be pan fried sea bass, with home made oven chips, steamed green beans and tartare sauce. (Freshly baked carrot cake to follow!)

Today was my Co-worker's birthday and we had Sub Sandwiches, chips, and this Mexican cake-tres leches
a sponge cake soaked in a mixture of condensed milk, evaporated milk, and cream At its most basic, tres leches cake is just a big, luscious sponge.
