Just had Christmas lunch. Roast duck, bread dumplings and spiced cabbage. Totally delicious.

Wow - unusual timing when everyone else is indulging! Maybe you indulged previously?
My duck order wasn't available so am making do with spicy spare ribs, organic baked potatoes + carrots + lightly steamed brussel sprouts.
Later on an indulgent dessert. A slice of cut up tiramisu pannetone (light sweet Italian bread) topped with bought tiramisu!

No fasting here, my body wants food, small portions thru the day. Tonight bowl of chicken pot pie soup and adding some nice beans for fiber.

Just had my New Year's Day lunch which was battered mushrooms and thick slices of Edam cheese which were then fried and served with homemade Tatar sauce.
