I would love to go back into the past and undo the things that I have done but we cannot unfortunately. Once it is done you cannot change it.

We all do awful things. That does not make it right of course. We are not perfect. The main thing is we learn from our mistakes and not to do it again.

All you can do Clayhead is apologise. It may take time for the person to accept it.

You can actually project into the past in order to understand where a fear comes from, but it's going to be like a representatation with bots (non conscious characters) similar like a videogame.

It won't affect what you did, because time travel is just a "single player" reality representation that god will give you.

All you can do right now is to learn the lesson to never repeat it again, teach other's the lesson learned, ask god's infinite love to forgive you for your sin to make peace, and finally try to ask for forgiviness to the other individual if you can in order to make peace again.

no astral projection is in a different plane of existence so then how would you change a different plane of existence?

Interesting name you have there Clayhead - I lived in Stoke for half a century 'the potteries' - people from nearby places called us clayheads - very naughty of them... Most people on Earth go through their lives wronging at 'some point' to one level or another, we are human, so we 'make mistakes' and learn... and many, many here do some much good as well - don't beat yourself up with it - 'your intention' wasn't bad... and now because it concerns you, your 'intention is good' - as in the power of intention - you and the person involved should remember the words - forgive detach move on...
