what is this? dream blending into waking life

couple weeks ago, something really strange happened, i was asleep dreaming and then i woke up to get some water, but the dream kept happening like it was an overlay of the dream over my physical reality.

anyone know what this is?

Lol yea. Your awareness stays active in the subconscious layer of mind sort of 50/50. I used to sleepwalk allot and most the awareness was in subconsciousness about 75% probably so in my instance there's more dream being seen than waking impressions but in other cases if the waking senses have picked up more than the dream impressions you'll see more of what's in the waking world superimposed over the dreamscape.

Sounds like your waking senses were more on than the dream ones in this case.

I think it's a good sign and you'd benefit allot from dreamwork as a strongpoint :)

good point about the dream work, i used to have very symbolic dreams, which were comforting and inspiring. i cant remember dreams for about a year now. i read a bit about how to start remembering them, so i hope it works. :)

well my body wasnt still on my bed, it was just that the people from my dream were still doing what they were doing in my dream in my waking life.

it was really weird, some matrix type stuff hahaha. there were two men in suits and they seemed to be super focused on getting something done

something like this has happened to me several times in my life yes it is really strange esp in the place you had the experience looks totally different with myself i think my unconscious mind blended with conscious living but in saying that its as if i dreamed about what i was seeing many years before it actually happened one has to have an open mind about these things i beleave there's some sort of message there it finding out what it is

See I had a dream so vivid it was real life. I'm not sure if someone is trying to speak to me or what .
