A natural treatment for the joints

12 physical therapy for the joints
Sharechirp
Aging and life changes are factors that may affect the health of your joints. Here are 12 natural remedies for joint pain.

While injuries may put you at risk of thinning and osteoporosis , normal daily life can lead to joint damage, especially if you are overweight.

Today there are many "medications that claim to have a magical effect", from snake venom to shark cartilage. However, it is not proven health. Here is a list of natural treatments supported by studies:
1- Get rid of extra weight
The optimal natural treatment for joints is to maintain a healthy weight and to reduce some kilograms, if necessary.

However, doctors claim that the pressure on the knees caused by being overweight is very large and that losing weight will make you feel much better.

2- Sports
Exercise is necessary for people suffering from arthritis and joint pain, even if that means taking a walk inside the house if you are very weak or swimming every morning, if you are in a better position.

In the past, people mistakenly believed that exercise leads to the development of arthritis, but in reality the opposite is true.

I’ve tried many different ways to cure this. Here’s a link to a video that gives some great tips.

I've been reading a decent bit on ayahuasca and some of the various healing ceremonies involved with it. In reading various accounts, it's clear that most healing through the medicine is accomplished through self-realization of an issue, with the guiding help of the drug and shaman; delving deep into one's psyche to address something painful and locked away. One important thing to note here is that ayahuasca is only a small part of the therapy you get if you get treated by e.g. a shipibo curandero. You will be on a very strict diet, and you will be treated with medicinal plants. Both can have real impact on a number of illnesses.
